it given our family very good dinning experience ! The location is close to MTR station ( Abt 8 min walk from Kuwn tong Station.) They serve us with famous dish " bitter melon thin cut abt 1mm " it is very delicious and refreshing , mixing with special sauce !! Yummi Follow with the Spicy chicken pot , the staff is very skillful , she prepare the pot for us , the chicken is well prepare , not overcook and the spicy level is just right !! The taste is the best compare to the one I had before . Seasonal Special -Chinese mitten crab is a very special dish that I would highly recommend !!! Then as we finish the chicken pot , it follow with Hotpot , all the seasonal seafood "Lobster , abalone , oyster and razor clam "are very juicy and they fuse in with the sauce , prefect match !!! The private room been arrange to us comfortable ,open space and with 12 member of us , we don't feel hot and crowd at all !! 10月16日 | 佐敦店 繼9月第一次來光顧之後，這個星期天又來了~大概是秋涼的關係，內心還是蠢蠢欲動的想打邊爐 : ) 上次來的時候，點了一個蟹湯底，湯底味道鮮甜之餘，火鍋的海鮮材料也超級新鮮~食過返尋味，加上十月十一月每人加送一隻大閘蟹的優惠超級吸引，所以就過來吃嚕~ (這裏的訂位非常容易爆滿，幸好當天9:30有位，否則又要等下一次 : p) 有好多朋友看過我upload的menu後都問我價錢和什麼能仼食，這次就一次過講清楚嚕 首先呢就要自助去拿任飲的飲品，前菜小食，醬料，不喜歡可樂的女士們可選擇較健康的五花茶啊，而前菜小食也是超開胃的雲耳和鳳爪，但記得不要吃過多啊，後面有排你食！ 之後呢就會來一個雞煲，可選擇半隻或全隻，再加送豬皮魷魚一起炒！入面有辣椒和大量香料的關係，雞煲本身已超惹味，再加入豬皮魷魚就立刻吸晒雞煲的精華，好入味！ 吃完雞煲後，又有每人一隻鮑魚和大閘蟹送！雖然兩者的size也不是很大，但兩樣食物都好好味，鮑魚的味道像九龍城好有名的海味店鮑魚，而大閘蟹都有超多膏，味道好濃郁，有蛋黃香的感覺 然後就上重頭戲火鍋喇！今次又選擇了蟹鍋，原因是加入海鮮材料後湯底會激甜，而且蟹鍋用的蟹也十分有肉地和多膏，可以一併食埋 : p 海鮮盤真係好足料！詳情請看下圖哈哈，減肥的女士看到呢個應該好高興吧，全部蛋白質唔怕肥，份量又多，有蠔，鱔，帶子，花甲，蟶子等，單單吃這個都能飽吧～仲要部分海鮮有得仼加！味道真係好鮮甜，大概出面食呢個都要三百蚊吧！ 除了海鮮外，爆漿的丸子和魚蛋年糕都係我極力推介！其他丸子固之然有，墨魚丸牛丸魚皮鮫，還有，響鈴生根魚皮，菜，樣樣有齊，仲要可以仼加，真係不得了～ 啊還有甜品，燕窩燉蛋，好好味，味道不會過甜，幾驚喜 總括而言，埋單大約三百蚊一個人，食物好足料，海鮮新鮮，湯底鮮甜，丸子彈牙好味，秋天有大閘蟹更不能錯過～唯一一樣較唔方便就是要早點訂位，真的超容易爆！ p.s 員工毛毛超好禮貌超好人！好好啊 : )
