Nice steak house in cwb. this restaurant serves excellent appetizer & steak. My 16oz rib eye was cooked to perfection~ can't wait to come back over and over again!

去左尖沙咀店，叫左4樣餸，分別係前菜巴馬火腿温泉蛋配黑松露露筍、主菜慢煮三文魚配香草乳酪汁同香草燒草架配烤菜，仲有甜品一個朱古力蛋糕。真係十級推薦，冇咩好挑剔。

星期六午餐時間不太多人，正好可以舒舒服服地傾計。 Set Lunch包頭盤、主菜及餐飲，另加一人一客甜品。 *是日沙律朋友頭盤選擇巴馬火腿沙律，巴馬火腿鹹香柔潤，油而不膩，沙律菜入口清爽可口，配以黑醋汁非常開胃。 *是日餐湯我則選擇餐湯，是日餐湯為忌廉薯仔濃湯，入口有濃郁的薯香，湯頭十分幼滑，上乘之作！ *招牌炕燒豬小排配沙律薯條豬肋骨份量驚人，火候控制恰到好處，肉略為黏骨，但輕輕一撕，便骨肉分離，但卻不乾不柴，伴以美式燒烤醬，十分惹味！ *8安士肉眼扒配薯角蔬菜 8安士正好作為午餐的份量，要了medium，上枱生熟程度剛剛好，一咬牛味濃郁，配上烤過的蔬菜，是一道滿分的週六午餐！ *是日甜品朱古力Mousse Cake，不能說是驚為天人，但朱古力mousse味道香濃，已經超出預期水準，可以一試。
