I just went there for the first time for my primary school reunion. Despite the heavy rain, the place really brightened my day with its good food n cosy warm ambience. You feel so welcomed once you step in and the owner has such a bubbly and happy vibe. The ravioli (specially made by the owner for the occasion) is very yummy with just the right texture and amount of filling. Also the steak is super good! Think I just found my ideal place for birthday parties
Wow wow wow! I have been eating Italian food in Italy but this place is truly WOW! Please take your time to come here - exceptional food
This lovely Italian restaurant was the perfect place for some romance on Cheung Chau. An overall great experience. The smoked eel made me die a thousand times over; it had perfect, full bodied texture and rich smokey flavour without being over powering. And of course, you can't go wrong with burrata...especially when it comes in a heaping ball with the classic pairing of a balsamic reduction and fresh cherry tomatoes. Now, usually I won't touch beef unless it's blue but the 60hr slow cooked rib steak was so tender and had a depth from the infusion of thyme (just make sure to add the plated sea salt). We got a taste of the whole roasted suckling pig, and I still dream about it- the almost candied, skin had an unbelievable crispyness that topped the juicy, marbled meat. As good as the food was, the best part of the night was the staff--so genuine and incredibly warm, we felt like we were right at home.
