My favourite Chinese eats in the WORLD. Super-flavourful beef which is literally melt-in-your-mouth. Tendons and meat in a yummy, not-spicy sauce/base (not a soup, more like a stew)

傳統細粒金魚尾雲吞，
表面上不見雲吞，其實包含心思，
雲吞和湯匙墊底，盡量避免麵被浸過軟腍...
一粒一隻爽口鮮蝦夾著肥瘦豬肉...
清鮮靚湯毫無鹼水異味，
牛腩也和小時候吃到的同樣讚。
大多遊客隔壁體驗完奇特光速澳牛之後，

幫趁了幾十年，每次都叫同一樣嘢， 雲吞麵，菜花， 可樂。 麥文記的蠔油要另叫，$1 碟，通常都唔叫。 麥文記只此一家並無分店， 佢嘅幼麵同全蝦雲吞可說獨步香江， 要數最好食嘅雲吞麵，一定有麥文記。

The wontons are delicious & the noodles are bouncy enough. I went twice in a week. Definitely I will go there whenever I am in Hong Kong.
