My favourite Chinese eats in the WORLD. Super-flavourful beef which is literally melt-in-your-mouth. Tendons and meat in a yummy, not-spicy sauce/base (not a soup, more like a stew) Yum Yum! (And it helps to have the English Menu on request)

麥字頭雲吞麵，傳統細粒金魚尾雲吞，表面上不見雲吞，其實包含心思，雲吞和湯匙墊底，盡量避免麵被浸過軟腍... 一粒一隻爽口鮮蝦夾著肥瘦豬肉... 清鮮靚湯毫無鹼水異味，牛腩也和小時候吃到的同樣讚。大多遊客隔壁體驗完奇特光速澳牛之後，常常錯失近在咫尺的傳統美味！
