皇牌三樣嘢食好爽口！黃芥辣夠哂刺激，滷水亦都好香甜！首推墨魚！

This is always my first street food stall I stop by every time I visit Hong Kong. The items they serve are delicious and the sweet sauce & mustard sauce is really tasty compare to the other food stalls, I am sure they cook their own sauces as they are super tasty & addictive. Line ups are long but worth the wait.

粉肝為做得最好的一味, 個人比較喜歡細生腸, 比較爽口, 大生腸則覺稍淋, 而墨魚軟硬適中, 也是成功的產品, 肥姐的鹵水汁調較得味道剛好, 要配以芥辣更能越食越想食 �
