服務好得沒話說，對我這位完全不懂茶的朋友細心解釋很基本的問題。鄰桌不小心打爛了玻璃茶具，店家還很緊張對方有沒有受傷，接連問了兩次，而不是黑面罵人。
love the decor, the friendly staff, the shop and the fabulous selection of teas offered. can't wait to go back for more!
Yes Jess is definitely sincere and helpful not to mention extremely friendly . I was there 6 May and really make us feel at home . I'm from Singapore and her "over 100" choices / selections of tea a really "eye-opener" for me !
Look forward to return soon and catch up with her. We are lucky enough to meet her family that evening too (her 2 pretty lovely young nieces and Jess's charming mother).
