Thank you, Friends, for making my Tai Chi coach's birthday lunch so memorable. They all raved about the food and enjoyed themselves so much! I especially liked the chicken cordon bleu. The meat was exceptionally moist and tender, and the wonderful crispy crust was a perfect foil.
